Catullo joins Pecchia Communications as Project Manager Business Journal Daily

CANFIELD, Ohio – Pecchia Communications has hired Joe Catullo as project manager.

Catullo was part of the marketing team at AVI Foodsystems, Inc., a nationwide operator of foodservice facilities based in Warren. Prior to that, he spent six years in the news business, four of them as sports editor for the Steubenville Herald-Star and the Weirton Daily Times.

“Joe’s strengths in writing, editing, videography, design and social media will expand our capabilities and allow us to continue to grow,” said Dan Pecchia, president of Pecchia Communications. “We look forward to introducing it to our customers and prospects in the coming weeks.”

Catullo earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Youngstown State University, where he majored in social media communications.

Pecchia Communications, established in December 2005, provides public relations, content marketing and change management services to organizations in the Mahoning Valley and beyond. Major customers are Wendy’s Company, Ohio Living, Harrington Hoppe & Mitchell, Aim Transportation Solutions and A. Stucki Company.
