We are looking for an entry-level Graphic Design and Content Coordinator to join our in-house marketing department and work full-time in the office. This person will report to our Brand Manager and work closely with the Marketing team to create or co-produce all digital and print brand materials. They will also help execute all brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to work in the fashion industry with in-depth knowledge of graphic design techniques and current fashion trends. E-commerce experience is a plus, but not required.

Support for digital and social marketing

  • Work with Brand Manager to plan and execute visual and written marketing campaigns across all platforms, digital and print
  • Plan and publish social media posts, contribute to content direction and writing
  • Help plan and execute, as needed, photo and video shoots for social media and annual campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of the brand community through Podcast, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
  • Contribute to regular research and outreach to influencers and aligned brands for social media partnerships and content opportunities

Graphic design and video support

  • Design all visual, digital and print communications under the direction and approval of the Brand Manager, including
    • Social media graphics and videos
    • web pages
    • Brand presentations
    • Mockups for web development and UX design
    • Email Marketing Charts
    • PPC and social advertising
  • Printed brand materials including
    • Writing and updating the company’s internal and external brand books
    • Video editing for social media, advertising and wholesale media
    • Design and regularly update website materials under the direction and approval of the Brand Manager

Email Marketing Support

  • Work with the Digital Manager and E-Commerce Coordinator to plan and execute weekly email marketing campaigns for retail and wholesale channels

Other duties and responsibilities

  • Contribute to company brainstorms for brand development and design direction
  • Wholesale support for design presentations and outreach materials
  • Sales assistance during the annual warehouse sale as needed
  • Respond to customer requests on the usual platforms
